HIRE A WELL-QUALIFIED ST AUGUSTINE HOME INSPECTOR

 

     I recommend that you hire a Home Inspector who is a member of the American Society Of Home Inspectors (ASHI) or the National Association Of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).  This is your best guarantee of a St Augustine Home Inspector with training, education, and experience.

      Be cautious when choosing someone to inspect your home.  This is not somewhere you want to hire the cheapest  company or person that  you find in the St Augustine phone book. 

     To ensure that you get a competent inspector, check the inspector's experience, qualifications, ask lots of questions, and choose wisely. Using an unqualified or inadequate inspector may end up costing you thousands of dollars, not just the wasted inspection fee of a few hundred dollars.

     I am often asked by my Buyers whom I recommend hiring as their Home Inspector when they purchase their new home here in St Augustine ?

     I recommend that you do your own research and investigate several inspectors in the St Augustine area before deciding upon anyone. Not all inspectors do all kinds of inspections......so be sure that whatever extra services you may require are covered by your home inspector.

     There are many good inspectors in St Augustine and unfortunately I have not worked with all of them to be able to give you a personal opinion on all of them.  However....here are several that I have worked with here in St Augustine......so that I can personally attest to their competence in their field.
