On purchases with a price from $150,000 to $199,999, the offer will be a $500 VISA GiftCard. On purchases from $100,000 to $149,999, the offer will be a $250 VISA GiftCard. On purchases of less than $100,000 will be a $100 VISA GiftCard.
2. To claim this offer from For Buyers Only Realty, customers must become Buyer-Clients of For Buyers Only Realty. There is no charge for this service nor will there be any surprise "transaction fees" charged to the Buyer at closing. You will receive assistance in finding and researching your perfect property, getting loan pre-approvals, negotiating an offer, setting up inspections, navigating insurance issues, as well as the other "surprises" that may pop up from contract to closing.
3. You need to pre-register with For Buyers Only Realty prior to visiting the community sales office on your own. Please use the form below or give us a call directly to set up the appointment. It may be necessary that one of our Realtors accompany you on your initial visit to the community. If you visit without us, or do not pre-register directly with us, you will not be qualified for the VISA GiftCard.
4. This offer is only for brand new homes and condos purchased where For Buyers Only Realty is listed as your Realtor and Buyer's Representative.
5. You will receive the VISA GiftCard at closing.
